You can manage the list of Favorites shortcuts in the Favorites panel. Then you can call this list by clicking on the special title button. When enabled, this button will be added to the title bar of any supported window.

The actual file folders keep the browsing history globally, regardless of the program in which you used the folder. This means, for example, that you can open the document in Microsoft Word from a folder, switch to Microsoft Excel, and then access that folder. the same folder using the recent folder history.
You can set the Recent Folders options in the Recent Folders panel. The list of recent files can be called by clicking on the special title button. When enabled, this button will be added to the title bar of any supported window.
